Bassam G. Hadeed, MD

Dr. Bassam Hadeed grew up in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad & Tobago. He was educated in Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad and the United States. After completing his Pediatric residency at University Of Oklahoma Children’s Hospital, he relocated to Oregon in the mid-90’s to join Clackamas Pediatric Clinic and helped establish Oregon Pediatrics. He served as Chief of Pediatrics at Willamette Falls Hospital for 6 years and is a certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

His patient care philosophy? “I believe in communication, care and understanding as being key areas in developing a long and healthy relationship between myself, my patients and their families,” says Dr. Hadeed. “I like to have open discussion with patients and families and offer choices in treatment options to help them make comfortable and informed decisions.”

Dr. Hadeed and his wife have three children. He enjoys traveling and basketball as well as playing and watching tennis.
