A former kindergarten and elementary school teacher, Alyssa Pace – or Lys as she’s known to family and friends – decided to pursue a health care career at age 26. Her educational journey took her from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where she earned a BA in Psychology, to Portland Community College, where she studied chemistry, to the Physician Assistant Studies program at Pacific University.
After completing the PA program, Ms. Pace practiced in Salem, Oregon where she stayed until joining Oregon Pediatrics in 2005. She is married and the mother of one son.
I focus my attention on the whole child as an individual and as part of a family.
