Oregon Pediatrics is proud to announce that it is now recognized as a Tier 3 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home. This prestigious honor is awarded by the Oregon Health Authority, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare to all individuals living in Oregon.
The Primary Home Care Program awards high performing practices based on a point system that focuses on quality proactive and preventative care. They have awarded Oregon Pediatrics the highest honor, Tier 3, for their high quality coordinated care.
Oregon Pediatrics is thrilled to receive this recognition.
