I believe health is multifaceted. It comes from mindfulness about the food we put on our plates, how we move and rest our body, how we build mental resilience, and how we engage in our community. As a Pediatrician, I feel privileged to be trusted with the care of your children and strive to encourage a strong foundation of health while catering to each child’s individual needs and experience. With my team, I hope to create a safe space for you to bring your concerns and questions and step away feeling empowered about your health. It brings me joy to be a part of this journey with you to support our kids in leading healthy, safe and happy lives.

Fun Facts

Working on a farm clinic as a medical intern has made me a strong advocate of a mainly plant-based whole foods diet. The diversity of colors and tastes they offer give us some of our most powerful medicines to prevent disease and support long-term health.  If I had to pick a favorite, I love all the spices and flavors of Indian and Mexican cuisine, and dumplings!

Favorite childhood memory…

No specific event, but I have fond memories of family get togethers playing card games and feasting on delicious food!

About my family

I grew up on the East coast in New Jersey in a close-knit family. I have a younger sister with special needs who largely inspired my path in medicine. Having navigated the medical and societal challenges that came with this as a family, I hope to make this easier for others.
After completing my residency in Pennsylvania, my husband and I relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest where new career opportunities and a chance to explore a new coast brought us. We love to spend our free time exploring farmer's markets, going on spontaneous road trips, trying out new restaurants, and enjoying time with friends and family.

In my spare time…

I love to dance as I grew up with my mother being a dance teacher and having a dance studio in our home. It has always been a great way for me to have fun while staying active. I also have a love for yoga to destress and reading books in a cozy blanket.

A question I wished I was asked more…

Can you share some information about x (proper dietary recommendations for my child's age, how to improve sleep, safe use of digital media)?

A: What are reliable resources for further information? It always helps us to know which areas you are interested in discussing more during appointments!
