Microsoft Teams
Telehealth visits will be performed utilizing Microsoft Teams and is available on PC, Mac, IOS, or Android.
If you will be joining the meeting via a cellphone and/or tablet, you may need to download the Microsoft Teams application from your app store. If you will be joining the meeting via a computer and/or laptop, you will be able to utilize your internet browser.

Appointment Invite
You will receive an email the morning of your appointment with a meeting invite from Tele-health@orpeds.com . Check your spam or junk box if you do not see it.
You can access the meeting by selecting the “Join the Meeting” link provided in the email. Please join the meeting about 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you did not provide an email address at time of scheduling, please contact our office at 503-659-1694.

Start Time
Providers are still seeing patients in the clinic so this appointment may be a bit delayed just like in the office. The provider will join the meeting as close to your appointment time as possible.
